지금은 상황이 많이 달라졌어

 

 

 

A: I used to hate coming to the zoo.

seeing all those animals in cages... it was like visiting a jail.
전에는 동물원에 오는게 싫었어.

철창 안에 갇힌 저 동물들을 보면 감옥에 온 것 같았거든.
B: things are different now. there aren't any cages, for starters.
지금은 많이 달라졌어. 우선 철창이 전혀 없거든.

A: no cages? so, where do the animals live, then?
철창이 없다고? 그럼 동물들은 어디서 살아?
B: they're in enclosures. they have room to move.
넓은 울타리를 쳐서 가둬 놓았어 움직일 수 있는 공간이 있지.
